Founder, Chair and chair of the global advisory board

Ken has vast experience successfully running & building global businesses across the TA & recruitment ecosystem. Ken chairs the TALiNT Partners business and also focuses on creating exceptional insights and  experiences for employer community.

Ken has over 30 years’ industry experience including Board positions at Robert Walters, Korn/Ferry International, Morgan McKinley, and as HR Director Fidelity Investments. He also served on the Recruitment and Development Committee at Oxfam for seven years until 2024.

Sarah Arnold

Global Marketing Director

Sarah leads the events and marketing team. She ensures the growing engagement with key audiences around the globe and delivering an array of world-class event experiences across the globe. She also makes sure our metrics inform our strategy and services.
Sarah has over 15 years’ of marketing experience and has worked with Jobsite, idibu, Unleash, SourceBreaker, Odro and numerous recruitment agencies.

Christine Brotherston

HR & Operations Director

Christine runs our HR and Operations by utilising her extensive HR experience. Shes ensure our operations are compliant, efficient and that they support our event experiences and services to our audiences. 
Christine has over 25 years’ experience within senior HR roles including Cable and Wireless and as Head of HR for Barclaycard UK.

Ray Culver

Global Managing Director

Ray is responsible for developing strategic relationships with leaders in the recruiting and talent acquisition communities in the US. He also works to build engagement across all of TALiNT Partners services. 
 
Ray is a Human Capital Solutions executive with 25+ years of experience in all aspects of the contingent workforce space that includes temp, contract, direct hire, HR technology, RPO, MSP/VMS.

Helen has almost a decade of event management experience and has managed a vast portfolio of events and awards ceremonies across various industries including the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.

Daphney manages TALiNT Partners’ events and membership programs in the US, building strong relationships across the talent leader community and creating engaging experiences that add value across all services.
Daphney is a marketing and community engagement leader with over 10 years of experience in employer branding, DE&I strategy, and talent marketing. She has led recruitment marketing initiatives at global firms such as Persado and UBS.

APAC Events Manager

Samantha is our Events Manager for the APAC region, working closely with our leadership team to deliver meaningful events.
Samantha has a rich 5 years’ of experience managing corporate and client-focused events nationally, both in-person and online. She has honed an ability to juggle the vibrant spectrum of event planning from inception to execution, whilst maintaining key client relationships throughout. New to the Talent Eco System, Samantha plans to be a sponge and learn everything there is to know, whilst showcasing her digital marketing and events skills to drive results for this region.

Emily manages marketing campaigns across TALiNT Partners, including for our global TIARA Awards, leading initiatives that drive engagement and deliver exceptional experiences for entrants, judges, and sponsors.

With five years of experience, she has delivered award campaigns across the UK, US, and Middle East, while also overseeing wider brand campaigns and managing the company’s social presence to support business growth.

She brings over eight years’ experience delivering senior conferences, workshops and leadership events in fast-paced, high-profile environments. Comfortable managing the full event lifecycle, Collina is known for her attention to detail, calm approach and ability to keep complex programmes running smoothly. New to the talent ecosystem, she is excited to bring her collaborative mindset and fresh perspective to the community

Awards & Marketing Executive

Courtney plays a key role in supporting the team across marketing and content production activities. Focused on enhancing marketing efforts, improving digital presence, and aiding in events and awards campaigns.
Following completing her apprenticeship, Courtney has been instrumental in supporting content marketing activity, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working on omni-channel campaigns. Looking ahead, Courtney is keen to further enhance her expertise, taking on more complex projects and exploring new areas in the industry.

Kevin supports the team across the breadth of our digital marketing content and creation of marketing content to develop his skills and build his knowledge of the exciting industry we work in.

During his apprenticeship, Kevin has collaborated across teams, gaining hands-on experience and steadily developing his marketing skills. Looking ahead, he is eager to continue expanding his knowledge, take on new and challenging projects, and explore further opportunities to grow within the industry.
